About Us

Zoë relocated to Santa Fe in 1997, bought property and built a home in Las Campanas. Her positive experience as a member of the Las Campanas community inspired her to become a sales executive on site in 2000. After a successful career on property for 8 years, she moved to Santa Fe Properties with teammate Laurie Farber-Condon to broaden her business. She credits her long standing success in the real estate market to her empathy and sense of humor.

Raised in Iowa, Zoë attended college at the University of Illinois, graduating with a BS in Communications. At the end of college, she won a position as guest editor with Mademoiselle magazine in a national writing contest. A career in public relations in Houston followed. But her experience with buying and selling multiple homes in the course of corporate moves to Philadelphia, Chicago and Detroit led her into the real estate business. Prior to selling for Las Campanas, Zoë worked in the high-end real estate market of Main Line Philadelphia for 13 years.

Zoë is an active member of the Santa Fe community, having volunteered her time to the Santa Fe Animal Shelter and serving for many years on the board of Aspen Santa Fe Ballet. Her favorite activities in her chosen community of Las Campanas are working out in the fitness center and Western riding at the Equestrian Center, a new passion. Zoe has two grown sons, Adam and Seth. She recently became engaged to Dr. Richard Greenberg of Stamford, CT.

Laurie has gracefully transitioned into her third decade in the Santa Fe real estate market. A native New Mexican, Laurie’s real estate know-how solidly places her in the forefront of the local industry. Her deep understanding of the complex Santa Fe environment – culturally, politically, and topographically – makes her an adept proponent and resource for prospective Las Campanas buyers. Laurie is involved with the Aspen Santa Fe Ballet, where she serves as board president. Laurie graduated valedictorian from her high school class of 640 students and finished a pre-med program in college along with a degree in Spanish. A favorite volunteer experience was working for Amigos de las Americas in remote medical clinics in Honduras and Nicaragua. Laurie owned a dance and fitness studio in Santa Fe for six years called “The Body Shop” and was also the founder of the Santa Fe Dance Company. Laurie’s early interest in science, dance and fitness continues today along with a very successful real estate career and family life. She is married to an oil and gas attorney and has two daughters. Two rescue dogs, a Doberman and Newfound-Labrador cross, complete the immediate family. Laurie is adept at working in what is perceived as stressful situations and keeping both buyers and sellers calm, organized and focused. Laurie worked for 10 years in the open real estate market before being invited to join the Las Campanas real estate team. After 12 years as one of the top sales people at Las Campanas, Laurie left to continue her career with teammate Zoe Eisenstein at Santa Fe Properties where they specialize in both Las Campanas and high end real estate.
